December closed out the year on a strong note. Vault activity remained elevated, community engagement continued to expand across Base, and our focus on education moved from concept to execution with the continued rollout of Derivatives Decoded.

On-Chain Education in Action
Last month’s workshop with ARC was a standout moment for our community efforts. We had a hands-on crash course on on-chain structured yield, walking through how volatility-driven strategies work in practice and how Prodigy.Fi transforms market movement into transparent, on-chain yield. The session sparked thoughtful questions, practical discussions around risk and payoff structures, and strong engagement from both new and experienced DeFi participants.
As more users look for alternatives to passive yield and incentive-driven farming, these conversations are becoming increasingly important and we are excited to keep bringing them directly to the community.
Derivatives Decoded Episode 2 Is Live!
This month, we launched the second episode of our Derivatives Decoded video series: Breaking Down Options, Perps, and Structured Products. In this episode, we break down Options, Perpetual Futures (Perps), and Structured Products in a clear, story-driven way, helping users understand how each works, where risks come from, and why different traders gravitate toward different structures.
Rather than focusing on jargon, the episode uses real-world analogies to explain how funding rates, premiums, and payoffs behave across market conditions, making complex derivatives easier to reason about.
