What’s in Brodigy’s Box? The January 2026 Edition

Welcome back to What’s in Brodigy’s Box, your monthly roundup of what’s happening across the Prodigy.Fi ecosystem. From product upgrades to community initiatives, we have started the year with strong momentum and there is much more ahead as the platform continues to evolve.

If you missed what went down this month, here’s your recap.

Prodigy.Fi Launches on Ethereum Mainnet

With Base and Berachain already supported, expanding to Ethereum mainnet brings Prodigy.Fi directly into the deepest pool of onchain liquidity and the most institutionally recognised execution environment in crypto. More importantly, it extends structured yield to a wider set of users who already operate natively on Ethereum, lowering friction while preserving transparent, outcome-driven strategies.

Ethereum mainnet support introduces vaults for both WETH and WBTC, with deposits and withdrawals made natively on Ethereum without any bridging required. To maintain accessibility while ensuring high-quality flow, minimum deposits are set at:

  • 10 USDC
  • 0.01 ETH
  • 0.0001 WBTC

This upgrade removes a key barrier for users and treasury managers who prefer or require Ethereum mainnet execution due to security mandates, custody constraints, or operational workflows.

Expanded Vault Capabilities With Larger Capacity, Longer Tenors

This month, we expanded the range of vault expiries available on the platform, starting with 14-day tenors and progressively rolling out longer durations. These longer tenors allow Vault Creators to express more medium-term market views and design strategies with broader risk-return profiles.

Elastic Vaults support this expansion by enabling Vault Creators to launch larger vaults by netting exposures across existing positions and hedging residual risk externally. Rather than parking idle capital, creators can now scale strategies more efficiently while maintaining clear payoff structures. Elastic Vaults and longer-tenor support are now live on Base as well, ensuring a consistent experience across supported chains.

As part of these changes, vault expiry and withdrawal timing has been refined:

  • Vaults continue to expire at 8:00am UTC
  • Withdrawals now open at 10:00am UTC

This buffer allows outcomes and positions to be fully processed before funds become available, improving reliability and user experience.

See You at Consensus Hong Kong

January was not just about shipping products, it was also about showing up in the ecosystem. During Consensus Hong Kong, Prodigy.Fi will be participating in several side events.

Firstly, we are co-hosting Poker Night: Lessons on Volatility & Tactical Poker with Myosin, KCEX, and the Crypto Assets Federation. Additionally, we are co-hosting a Private Mixer on DeFi Volatility Yield alongside Thetanuts Finance and Wallet V. This curated gathering brings together builders and traders to exchange perspectives on structured yield vaults, options, and prediction markets. Lastly, Prodigy.Fi is co-sponsoring Web3/ACC: HK, a gathering highlighting Hong Kong’s role as a growing Web3 hub and bringing together operators, builders, and ecosystem participants ahead of the main conference.

January’s updates reflect a broader direction for Prodigy.Fi and for DeFi more generally. As infrastructure matures, the focus shifts from simply enabling access to helping users make better decisions with confidence. There’s more coming, but this month was about setting the foundation.

Until next month, keep earning.
